The soft, peached herringbone outer shell is both waterproof and breathable, and is critically seam-sealed at the shoulders, neck, hood, yoke, and armholes to further keep out moisture. The smooth, plain-weave lining slides easily over your other layers. Sandwiched in between is a fluffy layer of Wool Loft Air insulation for just the right amount of coziness. Front and back princess seaming creates a flattering, feminine profile. The attached, Sherpa-lined hood is accented with a zip-off, faux-coyote fur ruff for unmistakable style. Additional features of the Bitter Chill Wool Loft Jacket include a full-length front zipper with storm flap; 4" merino wool-blend, rib-knit cuffs with 2" thumbholes; on-seam handwarmer pockets at the upper body; button-closed flap pockets at the lower front; a zip-secure interior pocket with media port; an interior patch pocket; and a scooped hem with slight drop-tail in back.
