Rated 5 out of 5 by from TEMPO 29 GAL. GAS WALKER I tapped one of the air intake caps from a dinghy, into the 3" white cap on the gas walker, and use a the foot pump from the dinghy to keep the pressure inside of it. It takes less that 5 minutes to empty the gas walker. (Caps can be purchased through Overton's)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Aother problem with caddy - it leaks I've had the caddy for about threes years. I was pretty happy at first, but then the gas caddy developed a leak where the fitting conncets to the tank. I don't know how to fix it. I tried taking the fitting out of the tank because it looks like the female fitting is moplded into the tank, but it was very difficult to move and I didn't want to break the tank.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice Works very well, wouldn't want it any larger it would be too heavy. It does pump very slowly with gravity.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great tank but comes with some issues Worked well, but then had an issue where the rubber wheels rub against the plastic, which make it near impossible to pull. Relieving some of the pressure in the tank helps, but this is an obvious design flaw. I've e-mailed Moeller (tank manufacturer) to see what they will do. I love the tank, but I am disappointed that they ddin't design it better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and Safe When you buy this fuel tank, consider the pump that is optional. I also use this to refuel my truck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You need to be strong if you use this... Not for someone who has back issues. The hose will not wrap up on the space provided. I am the first person on my dock to get one and right now people see some of my frustrations.. Not sure I can sell any for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would strongly recomend this product I have a back injury so having this 29 gal gas walker avoids lugging all those 5 gal cans down to the dock and avoids all those associated gas spills which pollute the water.I have to negotiate 10 steps down to my dock, so I have extended the hose (by courtesy of [@] in Orlando) and can now leave the walker up at the higher level. Because of the extra head of pressure, I can fill my Nautique 200 in 4 / 5 minutes. The walker has a stop tap and breather system, which all assist easy fuelling.I can lift it empty into my truck, fill it at the gas station.Back home I slide it full onto my golf cart back platform and take it to the filling position above the dock, where I connect it to a static earthing stake (wire supplied) before filling the boat.A robust piece of kit, which does the job perfectly - Brilliant

Ok, lets say I need to clean the tank out.  It has set or 5 years and not been used.  What is the best way to clean the tank so I can put gas back into it?

    Asked by: Morrowcountyfarmer
It is recommended to use a Clorox/water based mixture to clean the interior of the tank. You should allow it to soak well before draining and flushing it out with water.

Can you lay this down in a car or does it need to stand up? Don't have a truck and would need to lay it down in a car. Thank you

    Asked by: Justin
Yes. The Tempo Gas Walker 29-Gallon Wheeled Fuel Transport can be transported by laying it down. Be safe when filling the tank so that you do not create a static spark, as this may cause a fire.

Does this product need to be held above the tank it is pumping into?

    Asked by: Juebaby
Yes - the bottom valve must be higher than the tank you are pumping into. Also, make sure the vent is open so that air allows for flow.

Does it have a gauge so you can see how many gallons are being dispensed?

    Asked by: Sherry
No, it doesn't have a gauge to indicate level. I'm not sure if you were to look through the unit in bright light if you could see the level of the fuel. The plastic looks pretty thick, so I don't imagine that you could, but next time I use the unit, I'll check it out.
