Super Flex All-In-One EPDM Adhesive & Primer is the first step in the 2-step Super Flex EPDM roof protection system! This water-based adhesive and primer serves as a bonding agent between the EPDM roof membrane and the Super Flex Roof Coating top coat. The specially formulated, OEM-grade adhesive and primer perfectly prepares the roof surface for application of a Super Flex Roof Coating, the second step in the 2-step roof protection system. Once applied, it maintains a tenacious bond with the EPDM membrane that grows stronger over time, yet remains flexible to compensate for membrane expansion and contraction.
When used in combination with a Super Flex Rubber Roof Coating top coat, the 2-step treatment will help to:
• Extend the life of your rubber roof
• Ensure superior durability
• Fight chalking and streaking
• Improve low-temperature flexibility
• Enhance UV resistance
