  • Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent high quality shades Excellent sunglasses. I went with the glass lenses and I was worried they would be too heavy on the face and slide off. Definitely not the case so the extra $$ was worth it as the clarity they provide is amazing. The width of the sidearms is great for shade - I am on the ocean alot and this really helps keep the sun out and my vision clear. Highly recommend these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’m a fishing guide and wear my glasses on an average of 10 hrs a day I have a narrow face, the guides choice put to much pressure on the bridge of my nose, the Challis fit perfect and did not slide down my nose while looking down while tying on flys. The glass is very nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite sunglasses! I am a Montana fly fishing outfitter and spend A LOT of time in my sunlasses. The ChromapPop lenses sharpen images and enhance colors. The spring temples are very comfortable, make it easy to get them and off, and I like the built in leash. I have been a guide for over 40 years, and these are the best sunglasses I have ever used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you site fish, you have to carry a pair of these in your bag. I took my Low Light Ignitor glasses, along with various darker lenses, on a tarpon fishing trip in Cuba. The Low Light Ignitor was my go to lens every morning at dawn when the tarpon were rolling. These glasses cut the glare off the water without sacrificing any visual clues to the shading effect I get with darker lenses. Most of the time I kept them on all day and was surprised how well they did in bright conditions. I only switched to my Amber lenses in the brightest high noon conditions. The real test came on one cloudy day that would normally shut the fishing down due to low light. I was seeing fish that our guide could not see on top of his platform. We traded glasses and the fishing was on! Those glasses stayed in Cuba with guide, he earned them. I just ordered a new pair and I can't wait to put them to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Shades with one flaw I am a professional river guide on some very silty desert rivers and find that most sunglass lenses don't last more than one season (about 7 months) before becoming too scratched to see through (Some of this is definitely my fault as I'm kinda clumsy and careless). I started buying the Guides Choice shades with Techlite lenses and they really hold up. My last pair lasted nearly 3 full seasons. The only complaint I have about them is that the frames come with a hinge that hinges both directions on the arms. At first I thought this a great feature as it keeps the arms from widening out and the glasses fitting great. The outward opening of the hinge however often grabs my hair and rips it out when taking the glasses off. I have fairly short hair and my longer haired Coworkers have also complained of the same problem, but to a greater extent. All in all I love the shades and will happily keep using them, but I am starting to go bald at my temples as a result.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shades! Fit is a little weird for my nose. I have to tilt the glasses up so it doesn’t dig into my nose. Great lenses! Love the Chromapop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. I wear these glasses while fly fishing. Consider these glasses as a must have and many of my fishing friends couldnt see the fish that I saw. Amazing clarity and quality. I love these glasses!
