The 4.5" SeaSuckers mount them securely on your side walls, gunwales, or even on the inside of your SUV for getting gear to the boat. A rubber insert holds multiple rods criss-crossed between the units, topped off with a solid velcro-backed strap to keep everything in place. Sold in pairs.
