The International VISW Conventional Reel is precision-machined from lightweight yet high-strength, aircraft-grade aluminum in PENN’s Philadelphia machining center. This high-quality reel consists of a large stainless steel gear train and a Dura-Drag system which results in a smoother startup and virtually eliminates hesitation, even under extreme drag situations. The anodized aluminum reel body and side plates combine with stainless steel main and pinion gears to deliver unmatched durability and performance. PENN’s Quick-Shift II two-speed system allows for easy gear shifting without letting off the crank. The Double-Dog ratchet anti-reverse feature helps eliminate back-play, while the Versa-Strike adjustable strike stop offers customizable positions and enhanced adjustment capabilities. Five corrosion-resistant, stainless steel ball bearings ensure smooth operation. Made in the USA of domestic and imported components.
