This unique Overton's boat seat is extremely durable and features an attractive embroidered logo on the seat back. Made from heavy-duty 26-oz. marine-grade vinyl with UV inhibitors that resist fading and mildew. Strong double top-stitched seams are sewn with treated Dacron thread. High-compression foam padding provides long-lasting leg and back support. Aluminum ''no pinch'' hinges fold flat. Injection-molded plastic frame mounts to any 4-bolt pedestal or swivel system. 250-lb. capacity. 6-year frame warranty. 3-year upholstery warranty.
