How long is this rope? Does it come in other colors? When pulling 2 tubes, I find it convenient to have 2 different color ropes so it's easy to differentiate, if there is a problem with one.

Asked by: Patty
click DETAILS above and it says 60 ft

I know this has been asked, but not really answered.  Does this rope come with a quick connect?

Asked by: Kyle
Tube ropes come with a loop at the end to connect to a quick-connect, which is featured on most tubes already. If your tube does not have a quick connect, you can purchase one of those separately (item 952753)

Does this rope have a "quick connect"?

Asked by: Tyhacker
Most tubes come with a plastic "quick connect" already installed and you can loop the rope through that. If not, you can buy the quick connect separately (item 952753).

Does this tow rope have have a double end to connect to the Port and Starboard on the stern of the boat so the rope would then be centered once it is behind the outboard?

Asked by: Paul S
No, you would need a tow harness (Overton's item # 952751 or 952752). This would connect to the port/starboard locations and the tow rope itself.

Looking for a longer tow rope as my jet boat puts up a center wake that stings at 60 ft. Can I safely extend?

Asked by: Richard
We don't recommend extended your tow rope for safety reasons, but you might want to try a booster ball (Overton's part # 14181). This will keep the rope up out of the water to help eliminate some of the spray you are experiencing.

Should tow ropes be  floatable.

Asked by: Frank
They aren't required to be floatable, but we do offer Proline ropes that have a PVC float to provide buoyancy. With the rope connected to the boat and tube, along with the light weight of the rope, most ropes will stay at or around water level while towing.

i got this rope and used it for one day and it frayed... has anyone else had trouble with this item???

Asked by: debb068
No, there will always be a few defective items made in the manufacturing process unfortunately. Overall, they have held up and been a great product.
