Poor quality
The plastic framing on the bottom of the seat is very weak and bends under normal application. Causes the seat to rub up against whatever it's mounted to and "reclines" way too far to be used on a boat. Useless and damaged my boat's bench seat.

Who thought this was a good idea?
Ordered the solid white seat. Took it out of the box to see it has dark gray hardware. Someone’s parents wasted a lot of money to send their child to design school. It looks stupid!

These are a injected molded plastic seat. Unfortunately we do not have any images of the bottom of the seat.
