Tips back too far
This seat is comfortable to begin with, but when trying to rid in the boat or fish it is tipped back too far.

Poor Quality
The chair as pictured looks well stitched and good quality. Actual chair is narrow and appears made for a small person. Corners have plastic protector with staples like you would see in put together furniture. For the price i expected better quality.
