Additional Information
Standard spark plugs are chosen by more automotive, motorcycle, and marine engine manufacturers than any other. The unique copper core and exclusive electrode design ensure fast starts, peak performance, and long life. Superior construction features high-alumina ceramics, deep-seated copper core, and nickel alloy tip. Triple gasket sealing process eliminates gas leakage past the shell. Corrugated ribs prevent flash-over. Cold rolled threads prevent damage to cylinder head. Trivalent plating includes silver chromate and zinc for corrosion resistance.

My Yamaha specs a DPR6EB-9. What is the difference between the A or B designation?

Asked by: Al
NGK lists the specs the exact same on these except for the top terminal, where the plug wire snaps on. The "B" is a solid terminal whereas the "A" is a screw on type terminal. The terminals are exactly the same but the "A" allows for the top part to be removed in the event that your application does not need it based on the spark plug cap design. In your case you will can just use the "A" and keep the top terminal piece screwed on.
