The 18" by 10" flat-top griddle is built of heavy-duty, 12-gauge carbon steel and comes pre-seasoned for an easy-release finish that gets better with age. Steel-riveted handles flank the ample cooking space. Safe for use in the oven, on the grill, on the stove, and even right over the campfire. Not intended for use on smooth-top stoves.
Seasoned Carbon Steel Care
Hand wash and dry immediately
Rub with light coat of vegetable oil after each wash
Heat and cool griddle gradually
Use metal, wood, or hi-temperature utensils
Always use oven mitts and trivets
Don't use griddle in the microwave
If pan rusts, it's an easy fix: scour, rinse, dry, rub with oil
