An all-around tasty blend, the LEM Backwoods Breakfast Fresh Sausage Seasoning is great for breakfast or any time. It's designed to be simple and delicious, with LEM's easy-to-follow instructions right on the package (see image two above). Includes enough seasoning to make 25 lbs. of breakfast sausage. For consistently flavorful sausage use the recommended number of pounds of meat this package is intended to produce.
Seasoning ingredients: salt, spices, sugar, monosodium glutamate (4.4%) with antioxidants (contains 0.1% of each BHA, BHT, citric acid). Ingredients do not contain gluten.
