Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bright Light I bought this in August and only take my dog out at night 4-5 times/month for a 30 minute walk. It is a nice bright light but I wish the light portion was located closer towards the dog collar than at the top of the leash near my hand. It would be more noticeable than. Also I wish the light switch was a toggle vs the press button because it is too easy to accidentally turn the switch on which has happen to me several times. One can't tell it was turned on during the day time. This why I am guessing the battery has gone dead so quickly. I give it a 3.5 stars. Nice concept though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I believe the strip is near the walker to protect the walker I believe the strip is near the walker to protect the walker if the dog leash is fully stretched out with the dog on the opposite end. I have 2 dogs brown and black. I use the full led color on o e dog and the clip on for the other. I would suggest using them together. Ps. We have no street lights and cars go by at 45 miles an hour even though spped limit is 30mph. These products are a life saver without having to hold a flashlight or get blinded by my husbands head lamp!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Having two of these, & walking my dogs almost every night, I Having two of these, & walking my dogs almost every night, I'm thinking if the strip of light was at the other end of the leash, closest to the dog, it would b better seen & better used!!sort of reversed from the way they r now!! If u decide to give this a try I'd like to know, & see if it's better!! Thanks!!
