Features
The Scallion Folding Knife from Kershaw is an all-around great pocketknife and made to handle a variety of jobs. The blade is made out of 420HC, a high-carbon stainless steel with good edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance. For an easy-to-maintain matte finish, the blade is bead-blasted. The Scallion comes equipped with the innovative SpeedSafe assisted opening system so you can open the blade one-handed. Just pull back on the ambidextrous blade protrusion or push on the thumbstud and the blade moves out of the handle, ready to use.
In order to get that discrete olive drab color, Kershaw anodized the Scallion's aluminum handle scales so that it would accept a dye to produce the scratch-resistant color. A locking steel liner secures the blade when open and is easy to close for storage. A Tip-Lock builds an extra safety option during transport. Simply move the slider built into the handle to help guard against accidental opening. Made in the USA.
