Good quality but not sure about Heavy-Duty
These wheel chocks are made of plastic and are not solid so I really don't know if they would keep a 20,000 lb RV from rolling. Maybe the design is engineered in a way that makes them sturdy and can be described as "Heavy-Duty". They are Made in USA which is usually a plus!
