You can sign-up and access your account at Good Sam Rewards Credit Card. There you can register your card or account, make payments, set up paperless statements, add authorized users, update your account information, and more

If there have been multiple unsuccessful attempts to sign into your online account, access will be temporarily suspended. You will receive an email with instructions to the email address on file for your account.

If you are locked out because you forgot your username and/or password, visit Forgot Username or Password to reset your information.

You can view and manage your Good Sam Rewards balance by accessing your account at My Rewards Account Center.

Special Financing is available to Good Sam Rewards Credit Cardholders on qualifying purchases $299+ in-store at Camping World and Good Sam family of brands. During the in-store checkout process, qualifying purchases will prompt Good Sam Rewards Credit Cardholders to select Earn Points or Special Financing prior to completing payment. Cardholders will need to select Special Financing and agree to Comenity Terms & Conditions.

Points earned through Good Sam Rewards Credit Card are redeemable for discounts at Camping World or as statement credits. Points earned through Good Sam Membership are only redeemable for discounts at Camping World. For more information and to redeem points, login to your My Account.

• Statement Credit redemptions can take 1-3 business days to process and become visible on the last day of the billing cycle in which the redemption was processed.
• Statement Credit redemptions can take place at any day/time but will reflect a post date of the second day of the billing cycle in which the redemption was processed.
• To ensure a post date within a specific billing cycle, redemptions should be submitted at least 3 business days before the billing cycle end date.

Good Sam Rewards Visa^® Credit Card:

New cardholders will have a green color card, whereas existing cardholders may have a red color card. In addition to its color, this card will include the Visa Signature logo, a CVV number, an Expiration Date, and state Good Sam Rewards Visa^® or Visa Signature^® Credit Card below the Authorized Signature line.

Good Sam Rewards Credit Card:

New cardholders will have a tan color card, whereas existing cardholders may have a gray color card. In addition to its color, this card will state Good Sam Rewards Credit Card below the Authorized Signature line. However, this card will not include the Visa Signature^® logo, a CVV number, or an Expiration Date.

To be eligible for an upgrade, your account must be open for at least 12 months and not upgraded within the last six months. Additionally, the account must be open and in good standing, with a valid email and mailing address on file. Your available credit must exceed the cost of the annual fee.

Eligible customers will receive upgrade offers through the Account Center or from a Customer Care agent. The system will evaluate their eligibility in real time. Customer Care can be reached at 866-258-0115, Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m. EST.

Other considerations include:

• Upgrading your credit card will not impact your credit score. The upgrade process does not involve a hard inquiry on your credit report.
• Your previous rewards activity will transition to the new card. The value proposition and rewards structure will change to reflect the benefits of your new credit card. However, you will not be eligible for a new welcome offer based on the upgrade.
• Your account number will remain the same, but you will receive a new card design with a different expiration date and CVV code. Your Account Center credentials and servicing preferences will also remain unchanged.
• After upgrading, you will receive your new card within 7-10 days. During this period, you can continue using your existing card until the new card is activated.
• Your billing due date will remain the same. The annual fee for the upgraded card will be assessed at the time of your subsequent billing cycle.
• Upgrading your credit card will result in changes to your account terms including:
  
  • New Terms and Conditions
:  Upon upgrading, your account will be transitioned to the terms of the new product. This includes a new credit card agreement that outlines updated rates, fees and benefits.
  • Timing of changes
:  It typically takes three to five business days for the new terms, including any changes to your APR and fee structure, to take effect after your upgrade request is processed. Your new rewards program will begin the day after your upgrade is confirmed, so you can start earning rewards before your new card arrives.
  • Annual fee
:  Your annual fee will be assessed on the last day of the billing period following the day the credit card is upgraded.

  • Acknowledgment required
:  You will be asked to confirm that you understand and accept the new terms before the upgrade is finalized.

To be eligible for a downgrade, your account be open for at least 90 days and not swapped within the last six months. Additionally, the account must be open and in good standing, with a valid email and mailing address on file. Customers are responsible for paying the full annual fee card cost.

Customers can request a downgrade by contacting Customer Care. The system will evaluate their eligibility in real time. If you are not eligible for a downgrade, Customer Care agents can help you understand the steps you can take to become eligible in the future. :  The most noticeable change is the removal or reduction of the annual fee. This change will be reflected in your account shortly after the downgrade is processed, and a legal insert in your welcome kit will confirm the updated fee structure.
  • Credit Terms
:  Your existing APR, credit limit and payment due date will remain unchanged. You will continue to operate under the same credit agreement, with only the product-specific terms (like rewards and fees) being updated.
  • Disclosures
:  You’ll receive updated disclosures in your updated welcome package, clearly outlining the changes to your account terms and benefits.
