Additional Information
The 2-person Triumph Deck Rider Towable Tube is built for speed and occasional flight off the wake! The low-profile design of these deck tubes makes them easy to board, while the soft EVA foam body pads provide a comfortable nonchafing ride. Double-webbing foam handles with neoprene knuckle pads are extremely easy to hold. Lightning valve inflates/deflates 57% faster than standard Boston valve. 340-lb. weight capacity. 70" diameter. One-year warranty.

The Lightning Valve is similar to the Boston Valve except that it is attached to the towable, so there are no parts to keep up with or lose. The wider opening inflates and deflates 57% faster than the Boston Valve. An interior flap prevents air from escaping, even if the cap is not in place. Inside diameter of the valve measures 30mm. Overton's recommends purchasing one of our Inflator/Deflator pumps (items #109694, #109532, or #109572) that come with an adapter sized to fit the new Lightning valve.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fun while it lasted II Our's was fun while it lasted also. We were sitting around the lake watching our kids swim and we heard this pop. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed the Gladiator tube jump off the grass because the center blew out. We can not use it now but Overton's is giving me a full refund because it is still under warranty. (1 year) I wouldn't recommend the product but the customer service was great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't hold air We just bought two and neither one fits the shell well and neither will hold air. In the course of an afternoon we have to pump them up 3-4 times. Going back to Super Screamers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fun while lasted Had for 2 months and worked great at first. Went to lake yesterday and got home late. Unloaded boat after lunch and noticed tube had swelled in center and no longer a flat riding area I'm sure that's not going to be much fun for the kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tube We got this tube back in 2011 when I was 8 and my brother was six and we use this tube every day of the summer for 5 years we have fit 4 people 1 being a adult and rest being under 130 really has held up for 4 kids ages ranging from 7-13 and weight from 55-130 only problem that has happened is the back two straps have ripped although we don't really use those straps that's probably because we've had this tube for 5 years perfect for pontoon boat which ours goes 25-30 mph

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ripped Tube Had this tune for two years. Seemed to have always lost air no matter if valve was screwed tight. The handles ripped from the top all the way to the middle of the tube.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and fun! This tube is simple, no crazy design features but does exactly what is designed to do. We have 3 seasons on ours and have had no problems. Fun with 1 or 2 riders.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Construction quality has changed!!!!!!! This was our third Gladiator Triumph tube. The lst two were great and with heavy use, lasted three to four years each . Apparently cost cutting has come into play and chaged the quality construction. The first pull of the season and the cover ripped off the front of the tube.

What is the square "pocket" on the underside near the rear of the tube?

    Asked by: david23
The only "pocket" on the underside of the tube would be a self-draining pocket to release water from the cover during use. The black square piece pictured online on the top of the tube is a neoprene valve cover.

Owned about 2 months and now center of tube inflates higher than rest of tube giving it an oval riding area instead of flat one. Anyone else had this complaint and any suggestions how to fix?

    Asked by: WayneT
Sounds like you may have over-inflated the tube and popped the inner band on the bladder. Please contact customer service for replacement options.

What valve to I need to inflate the tube? I bought the AirDaddy accessory that I thought was going to inflate the tube but it is too small for the diameter of the valve on the tube.

    Asked by: Billy B
It depends on the pump you are using. All of our Overton's pumps come with multiple fittings, including a larger fitting that matches up with the opening for the Lightning valve.

Does this tube use the Type A or Type B repair kit?

    Asked by: jim
Thanks for your question. If the exterior cover is torn you will use Type A Tear-Aid Fabric Repair. If the vinyl bladder has a hole in it then you will use Type B Tear-Aid Vinyl Repair.

Yes. The rider rating is for the max number of riders but you can pull just one rider if you choose. Thanks for your question.
