The Class B Compact Drive Unit works with the GHP 12 marine autopilot system. This self-contained hydraulic drive unit is designed to control your sailboat's steering system. It features a solenoid clutch to extend and retract the rod that steers the tiller. Combined with the included rudder feedback sensor, the Garmin Class B drive unit will provide the steering necessary for a Garmin autopilot when installed correctly. This device is designed for use with sailboats with up to 48,400 lbs. of displacement.
