You have given the with range of the item. What is the range of the height?
It ends up being about 7 feet off the floor of all boats where the rope gets attached. It varies some because some boat are higher than others and it also varies some depending if you mount the tower bases on the top of the gunnels or on the side.

Can this tower be used on any boat or it is strictly for master craft boats?
This is not for any specific boat application. If you have the space it is for your boat.

can you pull a tube with 2 or 3 people behind your boat with this. also what is the tow rating ? thanks
This tower is more for wakeboarding and other watersports like that. Towables are not recommended for use with this due to the excessive drag force they create. Consider a booster ball item 14181.
