The front panels have four hinge points in the shoulders and chest that provide excellent movement in all directions. The Glideskin upper panels help wick water away to keep the vest light. The Concept Vest is designed with a front zipper closure for easy entry/exit and two adjustable hidden belts for fine tuning the fit. USCG approved.
