It features a vertical pipe smokestack with adjustable dampers, a temperature gauge, an offset firebox to stoke the fire without losing heat, and porcelain-coated cooking grates for easy cleaning. A clean-out door in the firebox allows easy ash removal. Cool touch handles and wheels make it easy to move the smoker.

Main cooking chamber measures 23.75"W x 11.5"D for 290 sq.in. of cooking surface – ample space for about 18 burgers. You can also grill in the 140 sq.in firebox.
Complete Heat and Smoke Control
Multiple dampers can be opened or closed to adjust airflow, which in turn controls heat and temperature within the cooking chamber.
Integrated Temperature Gauge
