This high-performance rain jacket is constructed of .50mm, polyester-backed PVC fabric with electronically welded seams and triple-stitched major seams for exceptional wind resistance and total waterproofness. The Surrey Coat features a snap-detachable hood with drawcord closure; double-front storm placket; neoprene, inner-sleeve cuffs with hook-and-loop adjustable closures; and reinforced elbows for added protection.
