The Bayou Classic® Banjo Cooker with a 30 psi regulator provides a very wide range of flame control from a bare simmer to a blast flame; steam, boil, fry, and home brew.
The 10" cast iron burner is popular with home brewers because it is less likely to scorch natural sugars at the bottom of stockpots. 22" wide frame with dual vertical thick steel bars provide a safe platform for cooking with stockpots up to 160-quart capacity. The 48" LPG hose increases distance of propane tank away from wide diameter stockpots. Stainless braided hose and hose guard provide extra barrier of protection from heat and flame downdraft. Compact size enables portability from backyard parties to camping, RVs, and tailgating.
