The Whitecap 4-1/2" Stainless Steel Bluewater Pull-Up Cleat eliminates the need for a saw to install the cleats. Instead, just drill and drop into place. Easy pull up action. When cleat has been pushed into drain tubes, the cleat will look flush (refer to pictures). Mount with a #20 flat head machine screw (not included).

• No special socket lengths needed to affix nuts when installing locking nuts
