The Z-Lock Jack Plate has a revolutionary new design that adds strength and stability while eliminating side slippage. The unique configuration has matching slotted extrusions that lock the side plates in place.

Constructed of a full 1/2" thick strong aircraft aluminum, the Z-Lock Jack Plate from T-H Marine is a perfect match for the toughest outboards and conditions. The one-wrench design allows you to easily adjust the jack up or down from the transom of the boat without removal from the water. Mirror polished for a great looking finish.

    Can this jack plate be adjusted from the boat by just turning the top center bolt or do you have to loosen the side bolts too?

    can this be used to lower an engine, i have a new engine that needs to be lowered about 1 to 2 inches

    No. The T-H Marine Z-Lock Jack Plate w/6" Setback cannot be used to lower an engine. The manufacturer does not recommend it for that purpose.

    I currently have a merc 150 with 20" shaft. I can get a newer merc 200 with a 25" shaft will this adequately adjust to compensate?

    The manufacturer says they do not recommend using the T-H Marine Z-Lock Jack Plate w/6" Setback. They are recommending their T-H Marine 9" Static Set Back Plate (Item # 612301).
