does this have a hole to allow the coax to pass through the center of the threaded antenna connector part of the mount.
That is correct.

Trying to locate lowest vertical height for a VHF mount to place on my T-top. What is the height of the base of this mount? I have a fixed bridge to clear and every inch matters. Thx John M
I am showing the Stainless Steel Ratchet Antenna Deck Mount stands 6" tall.

I am replacing a broken mount I need to make sure the hole pattern is the same, do you have a template indicating hole centers?
Unfortunately we do not have a template but the hole pattern is as follows: Center-to-Center long side - 2 7/8" Center-to Center short side - 1 3/8" The overall mounting base size is 3 3/4" X 2 1/4" We hope this helps you and we will be adding this to our product information online.
