See what's ahead of the bow after dark. Nightwave Digital sends a low-light view of the water to your multifunction display (MFD) over your onboard network, helping you spot debris, markers, and other vessels in moonless starlight.
Where the original Nightwave outputs analog video, Nightwave Digital uses Power over Ethernet (PoE), so a single cable with RJ45 connectors carries both power and data. SIONYX specifies it to detect a man-sized object at up to 300 m (984') and a marine vessel at up to 4.02 km (2.5 miles). It integrates with all major brand MFDs, and one camera can feed multiple MFDs or multiple cameras can feed one MFD.
The Black Silicon CMOS sensor delivers 1280 x 1024 resolution with a 44 degree field of view, and the IP67-rated build is made for the marine environment. Camera settings and live view are also available through the SIONYX app over WiFi. This version has a white housing.
