The Simrad RF300 Rudder Feedback contributes towards smooth and accurate auto-steering by determining rudder angle. This rugged, high-resolution unit is designed to withstand the harsh marine environment. The Rudder Feedback is used as part of an autopilot system on boats with inboard engines. Though Simrad now offers the Virtual Rudder Feedback (VRF) for outboards and stern-drive boats up to 40', it is still necessary to display rudder angle on your autopilot. A transmission link and 10m (33') cable are supplied.
