I'm looking at this switch Item # 751844 as well as the item number 27962 switch and questioning if these will be able to replace the one in my Quick silver 2831 shift throttle control system on my 1982 mercury 40 hp 2 stroke motor?

Asked by: Bob
I would recommend the Mercury Ignition Switch (control box) (Item # 27962) since you are replacing the switch in your control box.
