The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Baseplate for 2015-2018 Ford Edge models features removable arms for a low-profile finish and bolts directly to the frame, eliminating the need for a crossbar. The steel is powder coated to guard against rust and road damage. Designed for ease with fewer components, making installation simpler and quicker.
Note: Roadmaster direct-connect baseplates will only work with Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a trailer hitch, such as the Blackhawk, Blackhawk 2, Falcon, or Falcon 2. These baseplates will not work with tow bars that require a hitch ball.

Fits 2.7 EcoBoost and 3.5L models. Sport model okay. Active Grill Shutters okay. No Adaptive Cruise Control.
