The Elk Hunter Stag-Handled knife is handcrafted from high-grade 1.4116 German cutlery steel and each .14 inch-thick blade bears the distinctive "diamond needle" proof mark of a Rockwell Hardness tester which verifies the proper hardness of the blade. The Elk Hunter has an overall length of 8.5" with a 4.2" drop point hollow ground satin finished blade and a total weight of 7.0 oz. This beautiful SGB fixed blade hunting knife, also features genuine stag handles, brass finger guard and pins, and brass-lined lanyard holes to accommodate any outdoorsman's field dressing or skinning needs.
