The JL Audio MM55-HR Premium Hidden Marine Source Unit is a compact, hideaway receiver designed for integrated vessel applications. It offers all the features of the MediaMaster 55, minus the display and controls, and can be controlled via NMEA 2000 network-compatible MFDs or the JL Audio MMR-40 network controller (sold separately).
With various source options including global radio tuners, USB input, AUX input, and Bluetooth streaming, the MM55-HR ensures seamless audio enjoyment. It also features a powerful 4-channel onboard amplifier delivering 100 watts of output, along with nine audiophile-quality preamp outputs across three audio zones, each with a dedicated subwoofer output.

• MediaMaster MMR-40 network controller (sold separately): full-function, water-resistant (IP66-rated) controller with full-color LCD
• MFD control: use your compatible MFD from Garmin, Simrad, Lowrance, or Raymarine (refer to MFD manufacturer for compatibility info)

• Volume level: adjust all zones together or select an individual zone for discrete adjustment
• Subwoofer level: adjust all subwoofer zone trim levels together or select an individual zone for discrete adjustment
• Onboard crossovers: each zone is equipped with separate filters for high-pass (off/ 80/100/120 Hz) and low-pass (off/ 60/80/100 Hz)
• Volume limit: set a maximum allowable volume level for each zone
• Tone controls: adjusts the bass, midrange, treble, and balance settings
• Zone naming: customize each zone's designation for easy identification
