Features
Get a full-featured VHF at the helm without giving up a chunk of the dash. The Icom IC-M410BB splits the radio into a black box RF unit and a CommandMic. Use the CommandMic for all operations, including DSC, and install the RF unit out of sight up to 60 ft (18.3 m) away.
Transmit power is 25 W with a 1 W low setting. Class D DSC and a distress function are built in, along with NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183-HS connectivity, a one-way RX hailer, and a foghorn. Active noise cancelling digitally removes background noise from your transmit and receive audio. The waterproof CommandMic and RF unit are IPX7 rated, so the mic can be used in open areas in rain or spray.
This black version supports up to two CommandMic stations: the supplied black microphone, plus an optional second. An intercom function connects the stations. The AIS receiver and voice recording are only available on the IC-M510BB.
Supplied with the CommandMic HM-195GB, a 20 ft (6.1 m) OPC-1540 connection cable, a DC power cable, a microphone hanger, and a mounting base.
Note: The GPS antenna is not supplied with USA versions.
