Exactly what I was looking for.
Product was as described. Always had trouble getting fenders at right height when tying up to different/larger boats. Want a way that was quicker and simpler. This is yet. Allows me to put a fender in the middle where I don't have a place to tie one on at.

Works Fine, Last a Long Time
I have a fixed (non-floating) dock on a fresh water lake. As the level of the lake changes, the Fender Tender II is the perfect solution to protect my little pontoon boat from banging into the dock. The Fender Tender II is very durable, easy to install and easy to adjust. Plus, they're inexpensive.

Great Product
I have replaced a similar hanger with these hangers, and man, am I pleased. The other one I was using tended to let the rope slip, causing the bumper to just float. These 4 hangers NEVER let the rope slip. The bumper absolutely stays where I want it, with no adjustments. Right now I have one clipped mid-boat onto my windshield, as well as one each rail, fore and aft. When ready to get underway, they just clip of, with the rope still where you want it, and they're ready to be stored. When ready to dock again, just clip them back on, and that's it. Great product!!!
