Make tight turns easier with the CURT S25 5th Wheel Slider—25,000 lbs. (16574), designed to give short-bed trucks additional clearance when maneuvering with a 5th wheel trailer. Its sliding mechanism moves the coupling point 12 in toward the rear, creating extra space between the trailer and cab when needed. The slider automatically locks in both directions, reducing the need to repeatedly leave the truck during setup, while the ergonomic lever provides a simple way to switch positions. Built from carbon steel and finished with a durable carbide black powder coat, the S25 mounts to industry-standard 5th wheel base rails and arrives fully assembled for installation. Its solid construction is rated for 25,000 lbs. GTW and has been tested according to SAE J2638
