I have a 26 scarab sport and my 250df Suzuki 4 stroke is mounted on a platform. Will this product lift entire motor out of water including trim and tilt? Do I need 5 inch lift or 8 inch? My goal is to get trim and tilt out of the water when at dock.

Please contact our Technical Team at 1-800-334-6541, with additional information. This unit does have a 5" lift, but unfortunately without more information, we would not be able to tell you what size lift you would need.

With the motor set to the lowest position on the transom, the shaft my pontoons Honda OB Motor is too short. It is Standard Length, previous owner should have ordered long shaft. Q If mounted to the lowest position on the transom (as motor currently is) does this jack a)raise, b)lower or c) raise and lower the motor relative to the position it would have been if mounted using the some holes.

It will both raise and lower the motor.
