Absolute junk, been through 2 of these now hoping the second would be better. It works fine around 10+ degrees but can't handle -0. If you want to burn electricity and still not have running water this is the product for you!

It doesn’t work crap. Oklahoma City’s temperatures haven’t fallen to single digits yet and this piece is already frozen and 3x the size because it’s frozen. What a waste of money!!!!!
It also leaks right where the blue rubber meets the black connection so it flooded my well house. What a joke of a product!!!!

Best ever used.
Have used other methods of keeping our water lines from freezing in the past. This type of hose is by far the best I have ever used. We are full time RV'ers and have never had an issue with this Freeze Ban hose. I would recommend highly.

Waste of money.
Waste of money. This hose leaked at both ends where the electric cord is joined next to the water hose. Very disappointed. Now I have to figure out when and where I can return it.

5 days of use and it leaks
I have two of these. One is 25 feet and has worked flawlessly down to about 24 degrees. It has worked with no problems over 6 weeks of nonstop use. We moved to another campground where the faucet is closer to our RV. So I pulled out our shorter 12 ft hose. No issue for four days, then on the 5th day it started leaking from both ends where the black rubber holds on the heat element and blue cover. It appears to have a leak somewhere under the blue cover...
Now to figure out where to get a replacement...

So far so good
So far so good. We have used it for about 4-5 weeks this winter (Full timers). It has been down into the mid teens some and a lot of 20's, and the water keeps flowing!
