Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works As Expected But Snap Doesn't Un-snap I purchased this pole to make tight part of my boat cover that is sagging. My plan was to use the rubber boot to press against the boat cover. All of that works as expected and I am satisfied with the pole for that reason. But be careful using the snap at the top of the pole. When the snap half that goes onto the boat cover is mated to the snap half on the pole top then afterwards they don't come apart. I tried it and then ended up pulling the boat cover snap half apart trying to pull it out of the bottom snap half. There is something screwed up with the way both halves mate together.
