It easily attaches to your kayak, boat, and more with help from the YakAttack's new LockNLoad mounting system. The versatile rod holder works well with spinning, casting, larger conventional reels, and fly rods of all sizes. It quickly secures your rod by capturing the reel thanks to the 360-degree rotating collar plus it ensures spinning reels are stowed in their natural downward position and not hung off the side.
Three Modes
The three modes available are: locked, adjustment, and removal. From the locked mode you simply squeeze lever to go into adjustment mode. The adjustment mode allows the mount to be rotated in any direction without being removed. To go to the removal mode, just flip the lever out so that the system slides off the track mount.
