    Will this work on a soda blasted hull?

    Yes. The Woolsey Defense HC Hard Modified Epoxy Bottom Paint will cover the soda blasted finish but it is recommended that you prime the boat first with the Pettit Protect High-Build Epoxy Priming System, Gallon (Item # 616078).
