Almost as good as felt on slippery Yampa River ranch waters.

Great grip. They do tend to pull out of the boots though.

Simms cleats
Relative to the aluminum cleats, they are not really as good.. They do last longer, but they just do not grip as well. IMHO.

Theses things grip and hold. Best choice by far for stable wading.

Hardbite star Cleats
Way overpriced and packaged so you have to buy 2 to have enough for 2 boots. But I will say they do add a lot of traction to vibrate soles

Great Grip!! But Read On
Best if combined with alumibite star cleats, half and half for best grip on various textured rocks. If you do decide to remove the cleats, then put them back in, I suggest using loctite to keep them from coming loose.

They work as advertised. I'm getting a bit older and after a scary tumble last year, I decided I needed them. I'm much more confident wading now.
