This essential nautical instrument displays wind speed, direction, Beaufort, maximum wind speed, VMG, and tack. The i40 Wind can display apparent wind speed and direction or - when integrated with a compass or autopilot and a speed instrument - true wind. Alarms for high and low apparent wind angle, low true wind speed, and maximum true wind speed are also built into the instrument. Its 4.3\" x 4.5\" footprint is identical to older Raymarine ST60+ instrumentation, making upgrading easy.
