I purchased this specifically to clean up an aluminum seat pedestal. I have not tried it on other metals but am very disappointed with the results so far. Even after two attempts, and following the directions explicitly, it failed to produce any visible difference in the appearance of the pedestal.

Puts a nice shine on the stainless hardware. Not so effective though in removing oxidation.

Brilliant!
Used this stuff to clean up the stainless steel cable railings and their turnbuckles on our oceanfront house 18 months after installation. It removes rust stains/oxidation with ease leaving a "brilliant" polished factory new look. I highly recommend this cleaner for rejuvenating salt abused stainless steel.
