These swivel-and-eye style mooring buoys are made with a tough hard polyethylene shell and filled with a 2-lb. high-density foam. Feature a long-lasting, hot-dipped galvanized swivel and eye with a bent interior rod to prevent pull-through in stormy conditions. White with a reflective blue stripe for nighttime visibility. 1/2" swivel and eye.
