Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't recommend for trailers w/ large square axles Purchased this jack in lieu of the Springfield model on Amazon. While needing to use it on a road trip, I discovered that the design of the axle support doesn't work with larger, square axles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Changed a flat in record time on the side of the freeway I got a flat on our 5th wheel yesterday on busy I-80..I pulled off to the side with the wheel just in the dirt and used the jack on the pavement. My wife pulled the trailer forward while I watched it. Worked like a charm. On the road in less than 5 minutes without digging out my trucks jack. You may need a small piece of plywood to place under it in loose ground as it may skid. I also used it on my boat which has lower axles and it did the job too..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Design It's so easy. Loosen the lug nuts, stick the jack on the axle and back up or go forward less than a foot and you're ready to replace the tire. This jack worked so well on my boat trail, I bought more for my other trailers.

I have a trailer, single 3" square axial, that is 12" off the ground. The wheel rim measures 16" in diameter and the tire is a R-15. Question: will this jack work?

    Asked by: Chuck
I apologize but your wheels are slightly too large.

Do you have a similar but heavier duty system to lift a wheel axle on a 4.5 tonne motorhome ??

    Asked by: splottboy
No. We do not offer any item that would lift that much weight.

Could you use 2 of these ( 1 on each side) to store trailer with tires off the ground? With boat on trailer?

    Asked by: DBC
Besides being "Not Recommended", the trailer needs to remain connected to the tow vehicle to hold it up and stop it from rolling back down. BUT.... I can't see why you couldn't raise it up using a couple of these and then block it with a few appropriate jack stands over the winter.
