Boeshield T-9 was first developed by The Boeing Co. to fill their need for a superior lubricant/protectant. Boeshield T-9 was originally introduced to the tough saltwater marine market for lubricating and protecting all metals as well as electrical circuits and electronics. The formulation is based on a unique combination of solvents and waxes designed to penetrate metal pores and displace moisture, leaving a resilient waxy coating that lubricates and protects for many months. Boeshield T-9 has no silicones or Teflon and will not harm paints, plastics, vinyl, or rubber.
