The Bertello SimulFIRE 16" Rotating Outdoor Pizza Oven is designed with the exclusive "FlameThrower" Dual-Burner System, two separate burners that heat the stone from underneath and cook the toppings from above. The premium, full-length "Under-The-Stone" burner extends fully from back to front to heat the stone evenly for consistent crust-cooking performance. The second burner, the "Over-The-Toppings" burner resides above the pizza in the back of the oven where it ensures the toppings get properly cooked.
Note: Cooking pizza is different from grilling a burger or steak on a grill where you can flip the food to cook both sides. You can't flip a pizza. That's why Bertello created the FlameThrower Dual (Over-and-Under) Burner system!
SimulFIRE Gas and Wood Technology
With a Bertello, you don't have to choose between gas or wood because a Bertello burns both gas AND wood and not just one or the other. It burns both at the same time! With Bertello's patented SimulFIRE Technology you get the convenience of cooking with gas and the flavor from cooking with wood.
Bake-Even Rotating Stone Runs on Power Cable or AA Batteries
To make it even easier to consistently bake great pizzas, Bertello offers a rotating stone that ensures even cooking without the need to manually rotate the pizza. Simply plug the oven into an outlet or use batteries, then flip a switch to engage the turntable.
Premium Carbon / Stainless Steel Construction
The oven body on every Bertello is constructed from a stout carbon/stainless steel with a heat-resistant Bertello-black powder-coating for long-lasting durability, unlike some popular pizza ovens that have thinner "tinny" and uncoated walls that tend to discolor and easily dent.
