Sur-Moor hard-skin mooring buoys feature a seamless, tough, one-piece polyethylene shell. These hard-skin shells offer ultraviolet light absorbers, for long life under the sun, and a sandblasted finish, making buoys' surface easy to paint. Filled with closed-cell foam to positively displace water. Tube-through-center design with reflective blue striping. Hardware not included.
