Comments about Lowrance Elite 5x HDI 83/200 Dual Frequency Fishfinder:

First one I got the enter button stuck. So I took it back to the Charlottesville Gander Mountain and they didn't have a replacement. So they we're suppose to locate one for me. I waited a week and had to call about it.was suppose to get an update call but guess what? No call.what happened to communication and customer service? Anyway a few days later I called the online store in North Carolina and they expedited me one here a few days before a tournament. We agreed on the phone I would send the damaged one back after I received the new one and I did. But the next day I get a letter threatening to charge my credit card if they don't get it back in a timely manner, WOW! Product was replaced and works well but as far as customer service that's another story. By the way the Charlottesville store has yet to call me back. And why do you guys not sell battery chargers for boats? I checked the site and don't see them.

Scrollbars are used for adjustments for many settings, including sensitivity, contrast, backlight, colorline, and others. The manual is pretty confusing in this aspect. I hope this is helpful.
